Project summary

The project objective was to promote effective participation in decision making of PWDs in devolved governance system and to create awareness to eliminate all forms of discrimination against persons with disability.

Interventions

• Strengthened capacity of the nomadic members of county assembly (MCAs) caucus on disability in order for them to play their roles of legislations, representations and oversight.
• Conducted 10 community forums and dialogue between policy makers and the community members
• Document their stories and disseminate for visibility and learning
