Objective Organizational strengthening through building capacities and bring in new leadership, youth, vibrancy, and passion.

Interventions

• Capacity building on key aspects of programming.
• Capacity building, through recruitment and strengthening of talent, developing a fundraising strategy, creating a sustainability plan, and reviewing the organization’s monitoring, evaluation, and learning process.
• develop an onboarding process to train new members on disability and inclusion, rights framework, institutions in the disability space, mental health and wellness at the workplace, fundraising skills, cash reserves for emergencies,
• Improve documentation and sharing of information with partners through social media and newsletters.
